Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sunday's and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

I am currently not shipping outside of the UK.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at hello@elenaldn.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order. Please see my return policy page for further information on how to organise a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at hello@elenaldn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
