Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, still sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exceptions: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@elenaldn.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Briar Cottage, The Street, Fulking, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9LU, United Kingdom
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part, such as a wrong or defective item being sent.
- Shipping Method: I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@elenaldn.com.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process to send the original item back and place a new order for the replacement. I do not process direct exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
